Every purchase makes a difference. Through The Ivy Binding Giveback Program, we donate a portion of our sales to a new charity every two months!

One of the most important things that we discussed when we were in the very early stages of dreaming and conceptualizing The Ivy Binding was our love for giving back to charity. From day one, we knew we wanted to give back with every purchase. That’s why we created The Ivy Binding Giveback Program! Every two months, we will feature a new charity and donate a portion of our sales directly to their cause. We will also feature an option at checkout to donate a little more if one wishes to. 

From shop opening to November, our giveback charity is Return to Freedom Wild Horse Conservation. Return to Freedom is dedicated to preserving the freedom, diversity, and habitat of America’s wild horses and burros through sanctuary, education, advocacy, and conservation, while enriching the human spirit through direct experience with the natural world. How do I search for a book?

You can use our search tool located at the bottom of our site, or footer. You can search using the author name or book title to locate your book. If we do not have what you are looking for you can leave a request through our contact form or send us a message on Instagram!

What is your Pre-Order Policy?

Pre-orders are orders placed for titles that have not yet been released. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your copy in advance. Here is what to expect:

  • Pre-orders will ship after the release date, once we have received the title and any included incentives.
  • If your order contains multiple items, everything will ship together once your last pre-order item becomes available. If you would like items to ship separately, please place separate orders.
  • Once a shipping notification has been sent, your order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • If you need to cancel a pre-order before fulfillment, please contact us soon as possible.

Can I request a title or author to be stocked?

Of course! You can leave suggestions via the contact form and we will add it to our inventory list if their is enough demand for that specific title. You can also send us a message on any social media platform requesting the book or author you are looking for. We will do our best to stock what you are looking for moving forward!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, shop pay, and store gift cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not shipped yet. Please contact our customer service as soon as you can with any order changes.
